Futsal Escocia prides itself on not just developing aspiring football/futsal players but also developing people. Our club values are vitally important and are to be adhered to.

RESPECT - Respect your coaches, teammates, facilities and those around you. Listen and pay attention to coaches at all times. Turn up on time and inform your coach if you are unable to attend any session.

TEAMWORK - Working together is far more effective than alone. Encourage and praise teammates. Problem solve together.

HUMILITY - Do not feel that you are superior to any others. Treat everyone the same.

EFFORT - Try your best at every session. Continuously challenge yourself to reach a higher standard.

AMBITION - Set yourself personal targets. Once you have achieved your targets set new ones.

NONE OF THE ABOVE REQUIRES TALENT

If everyone adheres to the values we will in return have better sessions, a much more challenging and fun environment and greater development.

Children or parents not following the club values will have 3 stages of misconduct.

1 - VERBAL WARNING

2 - WRITTEN WARNING

3 - ASKED TO LEAVE THE ACADEMY

The above may seem extreme but we want our coaches to focus on coaching and to provide the best possible experience for the children.
